Hi, I'm Tetyana, a pastry chef located Christchurch, New Zealand, with a focus on exquisite French-style desserts. I honed my pastry skills in France and have traveled the globe to perfect them. Recently, I've discovered a passion for crafting sugar-free, plant-based treats that are both stunning and delicious.
